SDC edits[edit]
Hello PMG, which tool do you actually use to make your SDC edits? The background is that I want to filter these out in my watch list. On the one hand, I don't have to check your edits, but on the other hand, I simply can't use my watch list anymore when, like recently several times, some thousand edits from you appear there at once. ;-) Stepro (talk) 19:22, 10 December 2023 (UTC)
- It`s slightly modified SDC (for example I combined many steps into one, to limit number of clicks that I am doing, removed from drop-down all options except one, so there is no chance to make error). I am just good at operating on many tabs. What is important - all edits are triggered by my hands so in my opinion they are not "bot edits". On other projects I would request for "flood flag" but my try to get such flag on Commons failed - Commons:Bureaucrats'_noticeboard/Archive_2023#Request_for_flood_flag_for_User:PMG. I don`t know how to filter out my edits. PMG (talk) 19:39, 10 December 2023 (UTC)
- @Stepro - maybe we can do this in different way. What exactly categories do you have files? Currently I am editing football matches. Maybe for one day I can focus on your categories, so you will have for one day very bad day, but later you will be much easier? PMG (talk) 19:49, 10 December 2023 (UTC)
- I'm afraid my categories are too broad thematically for such an action. ;-)
- My thought was that I could filter the watch list using the tags, like e.g. “#not Depictor” or “#not Fist”. Stepro (talk) 20:04, 10 December 2023 (UTC)
