- Not at all, originals (scans and so on) belong to Commons, the archive of the WMF projects -- see COM:SCOPE#PDF and DjVu formats. Wikisource, on other hand, could be compared to a typography or a publishing house -- they re-publish free content in their own arrangement, using their own style guidelines and so on.
